About Trainer Raph Fitness and Wellness

Trainer Raph Fitness and Wellness is a community Fitness group started in 2019 by a young Sports and Exercise Scientist dedicated to sharing his passion with others. We are an active and enthusiastic Fitness Group with events and activities taking place year-round. We like to keep up the energy and excitement, always welcoming new members to take part. Simply put, we love getting together to do what we love and most importantly we advocate for fitness in a fun way.
